E-Bike repair policy

With E Bikes on the rise in popularity the market is being flooded with many variations some great and some questionable in regards to safety and value. For this reason we have felt the need to draw some lines on what we will and will not work on. At this time we are only working on E Bikes that we sell or we have recognized as of a quality we can stand behind and feel comfortable with. This includes any mid drive motor bikes and some rear drive recognized, major name brand bikes. This policy may change as we familiarized ourselves more with the market.  Motorized or not we do reserve the right to deny service if we feel a bike is unsafe.
